It is beautiful and nice apartment with views of the town. The property is nice, near the train and bus stations.

Missing some essential furniture or items.

My apartment was traditional close enough to the railway station and supermarket, the zip line park, and a peaceful area that is within walking distance from the train station. Included a shower and a hairdryer, all very handy. The building was gorgeous. The setting was exceptionally nice.

Unbeatable and incredible location in a fairly quiet area. Has comfortable bed and large bedroom, appreciated it. They offered easy check-in. My thanks to all amicable staff members.

I always stay here because it has everything I need – Wi-Fi, lift, ski school, ski storage – and the staff are friendly. They even recommended a local taxi once. Can't wait to come back for Easter!

It was enjoyable base for visiting most Zermatt attractions. The setting was magnificent. The staff was so responsive. Had a bathtub. We could enjoy views of the town.

La situation centrale de l'hôtel est vraiment proche de tout et en plein centre des choses. J'ai adoré pouvoir me rendre facilement dans tous les endroits intéressants de cette ville animée. De plus, la vue imprenable sur le cloître du monastère était tout simplement incroyable. J'ai également été impressionné par la propreté de l'hôtel, tout était très bien entretenu. Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique et serviable, ils ont même pris soin de mes bagages après le départ et m'ont même déposé en voiture à l'arrêt de la navette.

The sneaky cleaning charge. It would be better if they'd advertised the room for $125, what it was with the cleaning charge. The cleaning charge is written right at the bottom of the page in small writing. Also, the potential additional cleaning charge for a messy kitchen. Then what what is the other charge for?? More pillows or at least thicker pillows. The pillows were extremely thin. Hand wash as opposed to soap bars would be more hygienic and environmentally friendly.

Very conveniently located near the train station, the shops nearby, and the two ski-lift options, including the picturesque Gornergratt train. Well equipped kitchen so no need to leave the place for a cup of good coffe and toasts.

We had a fantastic time at the conveniently located hotel. With its spacious rooms, our little ones had plenty of space to play. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to save money by cooking our meals. The hotel staff went above and beyond by picking us up at the train station. we had a comfortable stay and made wonderful memories at La Perle apartments. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

It is one of the best family accommodation we have stayed in our travels. Very comfortable and with homely ambience. Not far from the train station and the city centre.

The separate charge for cleaning should not be levied. We left the apartmennt in the state we found it ie very clean.

We had a memorable stay in Zermatt really close to supermarkets, ski lift and supermarket and the ski area.

Great location with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a stocked kitchen. The balcony provided a lovely place to enjoy meals and take in the scenery. The neighborhood was peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the town center.

The lighting in the room was too dim, making it difficult to see clearly. The kitchen was small and lacked an extension cord for appliances, causing inconvenience and limited space for cooking.

Hotel location,facilities,staff receiving every thing excellent. We requested birthday cake even just one day before our arrival to the hotel. Thank you very much to the hotel staff especially to the ms.Martina for arranging nice cake in short span of time and making our celebration very success. Next time I would like to stay for more days. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Just very very small issue ...Hotel even though 5mts walk from Zermatt railway station, But Hotel signs are missing and even we could not find the hotel in the same street.Better to put some big Hotel board with lights on the top ,so that we can find easily.
